Treehouse Kids

We hope your kids are ready to have some fun! Treehouse Kids is URCC's specially designed children's program where we believe that no one is ever too young to experience God's love and grace and that you can have a lot of fun doing it!

Sunday Mornings

Treehouse Kids programming is available each Sunday morning for birth to Grade 6. Children in JK and up have their classes in our Ministry Centre (link to map) adjacent to the AMC Theatre. They can expect to sing, dance, play games and learn about Christ with other kids their own age.

Those under the age of 4 will find their program in the Mezzanine of the AMC Theatre. Parents of babies and toddlers will be provided with a pager should the caregivers need them during the service. Again, all programming is specifically designed for each age group – with trained teachers and child-centric activities – your kids will love it. (Need breakout of classes – Sprouts, Buds, etc.)

Safe Place

What is Safe Place?

Safe Place was designed by the Canadian Christian & Missionary Alliance to assist church leaders in developing clear policies and procedures that will help protect children, youth and volunteers.

What Does Safe Place Look Like at URCC?

Upper Room Community Church is committed to providing a safe environment for your kids. As a result all of our classes comply with the Province of Ontario adult-child ratio standards, and each teacher has been individually screened and trained.

All of our Volunteers go through an annual training session for Safe Place, complete an application and screening process (which includes a police check), so that all previous volunteer experience, personal information etc., is on file.
